On behalf of Ohio and West Virginia dairy farm families, the American Dairy Association Mideast provides science-based dairy nutrition information to, and in collaboration with, a variety of stakeholders committed to fostering a healthier society, including educators, school nutrition directors, health professionals, academia, consumers and media. Our staff is comprised of registered dietitians, school wellness specialists and communications experts dedicated to educating the public about how dairy foods are produced and the important role they play in a healthy lifestyle. We disseminate nutrition information and materials to support government recommendations, including enjoying 3 servings of nutrient-rich lowfat or fat-free milk, cheese or yogurt every day.
